How it works

Step 1

Pre-Assessment - This allows us to make sure we’re the right fit for you. If eligible you’ll have automatic access to our clinical dashboard after signing up.

Step 2

E-consultation - You can start your E-consultation at any time, once submitted your case will be reviewed by our clinical team (we aim to do this within 72hrs)

Step 3

Video consult - After review, we’ll send you an invitation to schedule a video consult with a member of our clinical team to discuss your treatment plan.

Step 4

Prescriptions - Following the call, your prescriptions can be purchased through our third-party pharmacy and either delivered to your door or collected from you local pharmacy.
